Managerial Statistics for Optical Store Control
TISS Optic offers a variety of statistical outputs. One of its major advantages is flexibility, allowing each optical store owner to independently choose which filter combinations to monitor. However, the most popular are the managerial reports that summarize multiple key parameters. These are especially useful for keeping an eye on suspicious transactions (which TISS identifies), questionable cancellations, or underperforming employees. TISS Optic also highlights hardworking colleagues who contribute the most to the company’s profit margin, among many other insights.
Our goal is to create a system that actively supports decision-making and saves time by automatically identifying unusual operations within the optical store.

Number of new and returning customers, number of sales during specific hours of the day.
Monitoring employee logins and logouts.
Margin allocation per branch/employee. Not every expensive product has the highest margin—often, an employee selling more low-priced products can be more efficient than one selling a single expensive item.
Sales performance by product category.
Report of products that haven’t sold in a long time.
Reports of uncollected orders, control reports with suspiciously low prices, and many others.
Margin/Purchase Statistics
If all received documents with purchase prices are properly recorded, TISS Optic offers extensive options for monitoring margins and adjusting sales prices to maintain the desired profitability of products. The statistics can be exported to XLS and other data file types.
