Marketing and Targeting Returning Customers
TISS Optic allows different predefined discounts to be assigned to various customers or customer categories. In addition to loyalty cards, discounts can also be applied individually during each sale. The discount amount and the staff’s authorization to grant it are configurable to ensure that unqualified customers do not receive discounts and that staff cannot offer excessively high discounts. Keeping records of such cards is also useful for further marketing efforts and for tracking the success of different sales support campaigns.
