Work of the Optometrist and Optical Store
Customer Work/Order Card
For the production of glasses, it is necessary to record several eye parameters. TISS Optic allows each optical store to choose which ones to use. It is possible to enable or hide filling in of averages, subjective values, and more. The work card serves as a basis for making glasses. TISS Optic can customize the work card individually for each optical store. More about the appearance of the order card can be found in the Program Overview section.
Refractive Card for Optometrist Work
After an examination by the optometrist, the recorded data is entered into the patient's refractive card, which is saved for the specific customer. All data is in one place, so it is possible to review the customer's history in the future. Data from the refractive card can be transferred to the work card for making glasses. Using the refractive card is not mandatory; some optical stores do not need it because they do not provide examinations.
The refractive card also contains sections for eye examinations related to contact lens wear. More about what the refractive card looks like can be found in the Program Overview section.
Automatic Transfer of Data from Refractive to Work (Order) Card
TISS Optic transfers data from the refractive card to the work card automatically with one click. No manual rewriting, just instant transfer.
Attaching Photos, Notes, and Other Files to the Examination
It is possible to attach files such as photos from your computer or specialized devices to the optometrist's examination or the glasses order. These photos are recorded, allowing the examining staff to track the progress of findings over time. Scans of doctor's examinations or other files can also be attached.
Tracking Customer History
Each examination or order also has its history recorded, so it is possible to view older data. The current data about products in the order, values entered for lens production, price, and paid deposits are also available. Orders can be searched by many parameters: who created the order, order number, dates, and other characteristics.
