Appointment Reservations
If the optical store performs eye examinations, it is advisable to use a reservation system. This system can have several forms:
- Reservations are made based only on phone bookings handled by the staff
- Reservations are made only by staff, but customers can also book directly on the website. The goal of the optical store is to redirect most reservations to the optical store’s website so that clients can find a convenient appointment time themselves.
The reservation system adjusts the availability of free time slots according to the examination length and type that you set. It also records your vacations or fully booked time slots. The system automatically sends the client an SMS reminder of their appointment one day in advance.
API for E-shop Integration
For optical stores that operate an e-shop, an API communication is available. This ensures the flow of data to and from the e-shop integrated with TISS Optic and its various modules.
