We discovered TISS based on a recommendation from another optical store and have been using it for several years now. We use it daily to record purchases (inventory tracking), manage orders, customer records, suppliers, etc., which gives us a constant overview of the current status and history of everything. We can print price tags with barcodes, and with a barcode scanner, we can quickly perform year-end inventory. We can also search for specific frames using different categories. For the customer, we can print a Customer Card like complete breakdown of their order including their vision correction details. The program is highly flexible. We can add new modules, customize the layout of the customer card, and adjust the items we want to see on our screen within the Sales, Purchase, and other tabs, all based on our needs. We are very satisfied with the program. It fully meets our current needs.
