What does "access" mean?

"Access" or "login" refers to a user account created for an employee (owner, optometrist, part-timer, etc.) in the TISS Optic system for their specific optical store. In most cases, each person in the store has their own access to ensure clear traceability of actions within TISS Optic – who created an order, who modified it, who delivered it, and so on.

What is not included in the implementation fee?
More training hours, training by multiple instructors, more days of trainer presence during live operation, manual data entry, creation of custom functions, creation of custom print reports, hardware or consumables, physical inventory carried out by our staff, imports of cash register journals, stock movements, second and each additional import of stock/orders, programming work. The price list of services not included in the fee is published in the Additional Work and Services Price List section. The list of services included in the implementation fee can be found in the Price List menu under the prices themselves.
What is a "user access"?
A "user access" or "login" is a created user account for an employee (owner, optometrist, part-timer, etc.) in the TISS Optic system for their specific optical store. One access can be a shared access, meaning one login is used by multiple employees, but only one access fee is charged even if used by several users. However, in most cases, each person in the optical store has their own access so it is clearly traceable what a specific employee did in TISS Optic. Who created an order, who modified it, who issued it, and so on.
For security reasons, one access can be used on only one device at a time. When logging into TISS Optic with the same login on another device, the login on the first device is automatically logged out.
Monthly payment is not charged based on the number of branches
The monthly payment is not charged based on the number of branches, but based on the number of accesses (logins).
The number of branches is only key when calculating the implementation (initial) fee. The number of branches is not relevant for monthly payments; what matters is how many user accesses are created for the company as a whole.
For example: an optical store has 2 branches, branch A has 2 employees and the owner, branch B has 1 employee:
the installation fee is €690 + €490 = €1,180
the monthly fee is: 2 employees + 1 owner + 1 employee = 4 logins. If the owner decides, employees at branch A can share one login, reducing the total company logins to 3, which equals €59 per month (1 + 1 + 1 = 3 logins).
On which devices can one access be used?

One access can be used on any device. Mobile, tablet, or computer. For security reasons, one login can only be active on one device at a time. When logging into TISS Optic with the same login on another device, the login on the first device is automatically logged out.

What is not included in the monthly payment?
The monthly fee does not include: data repairs, SMS messages from the system, website operation, emails, website maintenance, additional visits and training, programming work. You can view the price list of services not included in the fee in the Price List of Additional Works and Services.
How much do updates and upgrades cost?
Everything is included in the monthly fee. Additionally, no feature is charged except for the optional web reservation system and tablet signature functionality. A complete list of additional fees can be found in the section Price List of Additional Services and Tasks.
Are SMS messages from the system free of charge?
No. The system sends marketing, reminder SMS messages, or SMS notifications about orders ready for pickup automatically through our servers in cooperation with the service provider covering all of Europe. Each SMS sent is charged at €0.05. These consumed SMS messages are invoiced at the end of each quarter. Besides SMS, the reservation system service is the most commonly used feature outside the monthly fee.
What are the other possible fees for individual/custom work?
Sometimes it happens that our client needs a custom programmed specific print report, adjustment of export options to another data format, and similar. We always try to develop all functions for free, as they serve to improve the entire TISS Optic program. However, in some situations, the request is so specific that it is hardly usable by other clients, and in that case, we proceed according to the Price List of additional works and services and agree on the price for the work individually with the client.
Will I have a lower price if I only need fewer functions?

No. TISS Optic is available with full functionality for all clients. However, if the client deems certain specific features unnecessary, they can be disabled for them. This does not affect the monthly subscription price of TISS Optic. The list of features not included in the monthly fee includes: consumed SMS messages, reservation system, and signing consents for personal data processing on a tablet.
