The resulting output as a printed card can be printed in two copies: one for the customer and one for the optical store. The work card can include optional additional texts such as instructions for use, warranty terms, or information on handling personal data in accordance with GDPR. The card also contains a price breakdown. In the TISS system, it is possible to dynamically configure which columns with which values the optical store wants to use. Whether prices with VAT, without VAT, prices before or after discounts. There are multiple possible combinations.
There are several visuals of the order card and you can choose the one that suits you best. Of course, there is also the option of separate order cards for contact lenses.
An order confirmation can also be sent to the client via SMS from TISS Optic, suitable for clients who prefer not to receive paper receipts. Glasses pickup is triggered by a second SMS informing that the glasses are ready. Ideal for modern optical stores with younger clients.
