The refraction card is a professional record created by the optometrist with the corresponding parameters. Once the refraction card is entered into the system, the values are automatically recalculated for the creation of glasses and prepared for the optician in the order card for production.
There are two types of notes that can be added to the refraction card. One that is printed on the card and one that is not (as some internal notes may not be suitable for the customer to see).
